Which format should I pick?

WebP usually produces the smallest file at a given visual quality and is supported by all modern browsers. JPEG is slightly larger but universally compatible, a safe default. PNG is lossless, so the quality slider won't shrink it much — only use PNG if you specifically need transparency.
